1.) Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so and you will be charged a $50 fee. This will not go towards any future appointments. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time!

2.) If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is subject to be cancelled and a $50 fee will be applied. I will do my best to accommodate you, however my appointments can run back to back so if you are late I may not be able to complete your service. Thank you for understanding.

3.) No refunds. A patch test is available for lash extensions if you are worried about an allergic reaction.

4.) If you have any issues with your service, you have 48 hours to let me know, and I will do my best to correct the issue, free of charge.

5.) Please come to your appointment with clean lashes. Any client with makeup on or in need of a lash cleanse will be charged a $15 fee.

6.) Please no children due to insurance liability.
